What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I’d basically be laterally for my current salary just to bill 400 more hours. I also wasn’t aware that the local office was strictly ID. Firm website advertises lots of practice areas. Any advice? I have joined wipro on 31st Jan 2022 so as per 6 month calculation my probation period will end on 31st July 2022.

If before 31st July I am putting down papers my Notice period woud be of one months right and not 3 months since my probation ends after 31st.

As per offer letter it's mentioned in probation notice period is of 30 days.

Please let me know if my understanding is right ?

Hi, I am currently working with a startup as a software engineer. I joined first as an android developer and after 1 year I became SDE-1 and now it's been 1 year more and I have given my resign and now serving notice period. I don't yet have been able to get new opportunity somewhere else but I was sure to leave the current company due to unstable work life balance and heavy work load, so how should I further find a new company that has good work life balance and higher salary.
