Hi All,
I just got a call from KLA Company's HR that I have cleared final round and there is a HR round today evening for salary discussions.
The role is for Frontend Developer(Angular).
I have 3.1 years of experience.
CCTC - 13.2 LPA (all fixed)
Holding offer of 17.5 from service company in Pune.
Does anybody have any reviews for this company for the s/w department?
How much should I ask?
What are the other ways I can negotiate? Like do they provide RSUs?
KLA Corporation
Thank you

I was at EY before and prefer D. Deloitte's consulting brand is much stronger - EY is still in the works of building back their consulting practice. Deloitte has better people, internal tools and a more generous expense policy....
That Deloitte has high performers in a competitive environment - on real projects they produce far superior client results and work products.
When I got to EY, I was shocked at how poor many of the work products were and the proposal process was a mess.
Yes Deloitte can be a shark tank but they outperform EY teams eight times out of ten.
I started at Deloitte and came to EY. while Deloitte was more advanced with maturity of operations and solutions, EY by far has a better culture.
I agree that that Deloitte has a better consulting practice but I also think it's very clicky. If ur not attending the social events there is a high chance ur not gonna get the rating or the promotion As quickly as others 😐. So kinda getting irritated with that.
I would not recommend EY. Alleged 'better culture' foes not make up for lack of training, stingy pay, and absence of good methods and tools. PAS in particular is really lacking.
D1 - what a BS about the level down , we had pwc guys left as SC1 , getting manger at D ...some were not even that good
Just left Accenture for ey. Great culture and better teams so far. I'm happy with the move for now and got promo and raise
Same shit different style. But at least at EY your job is more secure. D tends to let people go easier than EY.
There a micro cultures at EY. Cannot generalize. Sectors are very different. So are practices. Our SAP practice is not very good and has a culture that even encourages sexual harassment of women. Do your research carefully. I would avoid our human capital practice as well.
I am in Advisory. Yes, frustrated with many experiences this year that have flagged major gaps in ethics and concern for employees after taking things to HR.
HR troll alert with Manager 1 👹
Also we hire EY folks one level down.. EY SM comes in as M and M comes in as SC
I am currently at Deloitte but I'm really just done with this company. And just got approached by Ey, should I even bother if it's the same thing there 😐
May I ask what level are you? One good thing about EY is that growth is faster than D. If you join as M, you will be PPD in 6-7 years
If you are getting M with at least 20% jump, then go for it.. joining as SC is not worth.
FYI, I joined Deloitte recently and had offer from both. Choose D over EY
At EY from M - - > PPED is 3-4 years at M and 5-7 years at SM so to me it's like 8 years at fastest
Worked at both, Deloitte is a better firm
Deloitte has depth - EY struggles there and with technology, which is ever more important.
High performers at EY typically get over burdened and burned out because they don't have depth. Deloitte tends to recruit better talent out of under-grad and grad.
I'll bet EY burns you out, especially if you are IT
Depends on the practice. I started with Deloitte, hated it. Moved to EY and never looking back.
