I applied with EY for a Senior Manager role I had my first stage interview with a senior manager, which I thought went well as I got the partner interview 2 weeks later, and said I'll be contact within 10 day HR. This did not happen so I chased up. Today I received feedback from HR stating that the senior manager, who would have been my peer, said I didn't have enough experience. But the partner who I would have been working under did like me.

Get an analyst
Pull up the notepad on the screen and have the audience verify your notes.
Bring a staff
Record it if possible. Otherwise bring staff. If you can’t bring staff, take 6 Ritalin and typetalk.
Recording is fine but you definitely need to ask everyone on the meeting. Illegal in many states not to get permission. It's not very effective though because then you have to go back through a shitty recording later listening to a meeting you were already at just so you can type notes. Get an analyst on the phone at least.

Super small team. Literally me (SA), director and partner so bringing an Associate is unfortunately not an option
Structure meeting as a working session and take notes on screen. Use the white board. Assign someone to be a scribe.
OP I thought you knew as an SA how to juggle three balls at the same time 🤣.
Honestly. I would suggest to use your iPhone, a pocket voice recorder, or a recording feature in your computer. If all these fail, you should always bring a notebook and write some keywords/main takeaways as you speak. These could be words and short phrases that help you remember what you said when you discussed X point.
