Any tips on how to take good and detailed notes during client interview while simultaneously leading the meeting?

-He got almost 5 years of project management, bid management and proposal management experience for a construction consultant company.
-He got experience in Primavera, got excellent statistical analysis skill, can use python for constructing ML models,
- He is proficient in RFP,RFI,RFQ for construction projects as he got BSc in Civil Engineering and MBA. 🙏🙏

I cleared all my rounds for 2.2 level and shared all my documents on the link HR shared. It's been two weeks and the offer letter is not generated. The HR keeps telling me to wait until Friday and then postpones to next week. Can anyone help me understand this?

I’ve been approached my by company that one of our large clients (who im currently project managing for) is looking for a consultant of sorts, and if they hire us, I’d be the first person asked to take on this consultant role. This isn’t something my company typically offers and would greatly change the scope of my role. Has anyone ever taken on a role like this? If so, were you able to negotiate a percentage of the consulting fee? Or was it a bump in salary during the project?

Hi Folks, I am working in infy and planning to drop paper this week. As I don't have offer in hand but 90 days NP impacting to get new job. Also my compansation is not good as per exp. Recent exp hire in consulting and would love some input.
