The first one said “it’s getting better.” And then went on to talk about the new ceo making the place more family like. The second interviewer said “there are definitely some strong personalities here.” And then went on to talk about some team members being uptight and others being chill. I’m seriously thinking of quitting. I have 19 years of experience in high school and middle school science and have never been this stressed. I have three new curricula. Actually, one subject has none and I have to put it together. One of the others is an ELD class which I’m completely unqualified for. All of this has to be delivered remotely through a system we haven’t been trained on or given access to yet. Meanwhile, I’m in school myself. I’m on the verge of a breakdown. I can’t do this.
