Whenever. A year is probably nice, but it’s your first job out of school and the job market is nuts right now. Go get paid.

Is the job a bad fit for you? Or are you just looking for more money?
I think it’s good to spend at least 18 months at your first or second job. It’s understandable if you take your first offer out of college, then find out it’s not a good fit. But if you have a bunch of roles where you were there <12 months, that’s a huge red flag to recruiters and hiring managers. It makes it look like nobody wants to work with you and/or you will leave as soon as you get up to speed at a role. Jumping every 18 to 24 months is the best way to see your wages grow, but having some 24 to 36 month stints on your resume will show a recruiter or hiring manager that once you find a good role, you will stay long enough to make a positive contribution.
I'd argue closer to 24 months can sometimes matter more. It's too easy to see something like March 2020 - September 2021 and just default to thinking someone was at a company for just "one year" from 2020-2021. It's often the calendar years that stand out more
I’m an ex-Boozer myself. With BAH, it’s a very different experience depending on where you are in the firm. There are certain groups that it actually is just better to leave whenever you have a better opportunity. No need to wait for time limits - just go.
