So I had my Senior Partner interview scheduled for today and It went like
For every question he asked me and I give my answer he’s like - “Nice, very good and awesome”.
I didn’t hear anything else in the entire convo and 45 min discussion was concluded in 30 mins.
I’m not able to understand what does it mean was interview good or bad?
I’m so worried now.
I have got offer letter from Cognizant, for gurgaon location, i am supposed to join as Blueprism RPA Developer, what are the chances of re locating to different location after getting into project, if possible can someone help me with number of open opportunities in cognizant for gurgaon location.
I don't want to re locate to a different location from gurgaon.

Isn't that what you said in your original post? Way to give me a cliffhanger and not deliver...
It would require travel to Asia for project set up occasionally but mostly regular desk job. Seems like a relaxed culture and the role is very must project management ...not consulting so a bit bland. But at the same time I feel like I might be throwing away all my work of getting promoted and enjoying just riding the wave for a while.
A PM gig ain't worth it IMO so keep riding your wave..

What's comp?
Depending on if comp is worthwhile I'd say if you're really passionate about the industry use this role as a chance to get your foot in the door and then hop to a different role in a year or two.
Probably a cut to $100k
Pro list to stay vs pro list to go? Con list? Life values? Other considerations- culture, direct team, company vision / future, etc.?
