Ideal Salary for RPA UiPath Developer 4.7 yrs total IT experience and 3 Relevant RPA Experience.

I was approached on LinkedIn for an early career recruiting role in DFW, TX. I don't have direct experience, but I have the university experience/connections from working in career services. This is the first time I've considered work outside of higher education. I said my salary expectations are minimum $90k and that didn't seem to be an issue. Am I asking too little, too much? How can I know I'm getting the best salary and not just settling at the low end of the range?

Just found out 2 colleagues make more than me 4-8$ more! I have similar and more experience. I also handle the schedule and am considered the lead mri tech. How can I get what I am worth for the job I am doing?? Please help!

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

Should i join KPMG?

I knew that MBB and other consulting firms rarely ever negotiate salary with new grads, so I didn't with Capital One as well. Was that a mistake? I got offer from Deloitte USI with 13.5 LPA Fixed. ( 50 % hike from my current CTC) and I have accepted the offer. YOE 5 . Later, I got another offer with 16 LPA from cognizant
I just tried to negotiate the Deloitte offer but Recruiter told me that this is a maximum hike(50 %)as per their budget and the offer cannot be modified once it is accepted.

Is it acceptable? I was thinking to join in Deloitte.
Please help me find the right decision (Deloitte USI or Cognizant)
