Please tell me this gets easier. I took a job as a CSR and I’m still in training but overwhelmed with product knowledge and still having a meaningful conversation with customers.

How to make new friends but not be self conscious and insecure about yourself. I second guess everything Because I don’t want to weird them out or push away new people. What are some turnoffs?

I have been working in healthcare clinics and health techs for a few years now. I’m an independent consultant. Bust, a friend of mine referred me to a big bank job. My wife and I just had our second child, and we have also been dealing with her cervical cancer diagnosis. It has been a stressful year, to say the least. I want to do something nice for her, but money is tight right now because of the cancer treatment costs, and her being on unpaid leave because of the cancer treatments. I’ve spent 3 years working at a call center and I would do just about anything to get off the phones. Do I aim for a promotion, or would I be better off trying another industry?

I grew up with a lot of social anxiety so I can't really believe I'm saying this, but my favorite thing about working at a store is that I have to talk to people every day. It's really helped me come "out of my shell" and stepping outside of my comfort zone has given me more confidence than I ever thought it would.

Working from home in customer support provides so much flexibility as a stay at home mom. I can take care of the home, my babies and work without feeling guilty ….talk about mutli-tasking!
