Potential opportunity to pivot into industry (telco) at Senior Consultant role in corporate strategy with better comp. 2 year promotion cycle coming up (next year April) and I’ve been a consistently high performer within the practice. Should I make the jump or wait and see if I get the promotion?

What does an exit from Salesforce consulting look like? I’m in a technical role leading a small team so my understanding is a technical/solution architect or a development team lead at either Salesforce or an end user like Amazon/Amex.

I have bounced around a couple consulting companies so would prefer not to do it again. Total 4 YOE.

I don’t think I have enough YOE to go for a program architect role at SF otherwise I’d be interested.

As i entered the adult world and started working when 20y/o i missed the time i used to volunteer for organizations talking about leadership and motivation. I have a job that fulfills me, working in a top company blah blah but i don't feel i am giving to the world. Social media makes me feel people need guidance. I want be a coach but what's the best way to start?

Currently 31 with 6.5 YOE and single . Should have NW of 250k by end of this year. (No significant assets in India). Considering this money all reminds invested I should have a decent nest egg for retirement. Really confused as to whether to incorporate my NY- based makeup startup as an LLC or an S-corp? Not based in NYC if that matters and no revenue yet. Should I be looking into Delaware at all (specifically a Delaware C-Corp) if I do plan on raising capital at some point down the line? Also - for any FDA lawyers out there, what is the problem with developing makeup (specifically foundations) with SPF? I've heard it's "heavily regulated." What do I need to be aware of?
