I have 6 YOE in. Net+Angular and got an offer from Legato Health Technologies with 20 LPA Fixed, i joined Infor just 11 months ago with 12LPA Fixed and i will get the hike in August. If i resign now i will not get hike and i am a critical resource in the project, i guess Infor might try to retain me by matching offer. What should i do? Should i resign ASAP and not negotiate with Infor . I have all these doubts because Infor is a product based company.

Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

I wish, for the sake of our brand, we could secure this "talent" through a third party instead of allowing them to call themselves Deloitte people. On this project they aren't professional and are not good brand ambassadors.
Once you start talking about staff aug , your image as a value-add consultant immediately goes out the window. You are a supplier of meat for the meat grinder, and nothing more, from that point on.

compete on staff augmentation/O&M projects where we can't put consulting/advisory staff because our rates are too high. She spoke like it's a good thing, but I feel like it makes it feel cheap. We aren't MBB but we aren't one of these "butt in seats" federal staffing agencies. But these federal HR processors they're hiring are walking around with Deloitte badges and half of them don't even have college degrees and don't even realise what Deloitte does.

Confident and quick to shoot off at the mouth without knowing what you're actually talking about. Guys like you are a dime a dozen in this firm.
Anyhow, there have been concerns that the attire choices, decorum/professional demeanor, business acumen/polish, etc... aren't conducive our mission to be "trusted advisors." Very delicate subject, hard to talk about without coming off elitist. There are a few I've met who are really bright and going above and beyond i believe they should be hired into the PPD/Specialist track.

Because the client doesn't give a shit as long as we complete the contract. We hire subs all the time and I guarantee the clients just assume they are deloitte as well.

M1 if you're lucky OP will come post project names and names of all his colleagues...he's dumb enough to post identifying client details so I don't see why he wouldn't tell more!
Actually, D3, my comments were carefully anonymised. Client names and roles were obfuscated so as to relay a clear picture without actually revealing anything about a specific account or project or practitioner. So good luck tracing it back to anything.
