PR pros: friend was asked to develop and present a quarterly plan including full SWAT as part of interview process. I have never seen this before and say hell no that is billable work. Your thoughts?

How far above “midpoint” is reasonably negotiable. Interviewing for M-level in non-faang tech. Quoted 160k base as midpoint+10% bonus (along with RSU’s) and told recruiter I need 180k-185k base. Is that a realistic jump from quoted midpoint? ~15%

What can you expect the hiring process to be once you interview? I applied for a firm posting, had an interview with two partners for the practice group and then received a request for a second interview the same day. The second interview was with mix of partners and associates from the practice group. I sent thank you emails next day, but not a peep since I received a couple generic responses. I followed up with the partners from the first interview asking for any updates in their decision...

—SD, ~$240 K base, 25% bonus, $30-40 K RSUs (Y1= $8-10 K) + some options. 4 yr vesting
—Signing bonus hasn’t been specified in the offer, but been asked separately to share what I am leaving behind. That said, I don’t think they won’t match it that given high amount (combo of bonus, profit sharing, commission, equity). I’d appreciate any guidance.
