Mine was $16k (minimum wage before joining corporate) > $40k (contractor total before getting laid off) > $150k (current FT)?

Is that a 260% jump or 2.6x from $16k to $40k?
And a 375% jump or 3.75x from $40k to $150k?

Or do I calculate it by hourly rate?

I’ve always worked in an design studio where SR Design Manager is above manager and principal but moving to in house type agency for big tech and the titles are art director, creative director etc. Currently, titles above me are director > sr director > VP/CDO.
