What is considered a “large” caseload in employment litigation? I work at a large L&E boutique law firm and handling about 14-15 active litigation cases in state/federal court or arbitration. Went through 3 rounds of interviews for a fin.analyst role at a relatively big consulting company. After the superday, they rejected me by saying im overqualified, won’t be challenged enough. I think it’s total crap. Have an offer for an FA role at a small firm, that’s primary focused on L&H insurance in NYC but not too excited.. (graduating this week, Ugad finance).
