Any thoughts on Phenomenon L.A?
BBW got my number.
McKinsey & Company I am joining the McKinsey & Company Boston office in late July and searching for housing in the meantime. If I could get some insight on the ratio of days in the office vs work from home that would be super helpful!
If I need to come into the office regularly I will try to find a place close by.

Depends on what part of Accenture you’re referring to
If you think these companies with more than 50 different offering are homogeneous to be compared at firm level, I don't know what to say. You will have better luck at comparing them at offering / team level to get correct inputs.
Generally, Deloitte pays similar base and better bonuses (~8% at ACN) for the same experience and group. Accenture has better control over WLB, but you can work just as hard as at D and *maybe* accelerate. It’s easier to survive at ACN in up or out groups.
2 years ago & this year
Accenture generally has higher base ( at least at M/SM level), employee stock plan, but lower bonuses.
Can confirm what M1 says, to be the case right now for M/SM. Even a bit lower. The stock is also an additional plus.
So if you are in it for money and safety Accenture is better. I still decided against it with a few colleagues to start a new team in a new field there.
Private vs Public companies
Higher base at Accenture, faster progression. Heard Deloitte is better at the partner level tho vs MD, but don’t know too much about it
Can anyone weigh in for Deloitte HC vs ACCN T&O?
I came to accenture as an experienced hire and personally I love the culture. All collaboration. No cut throat
Honestly, the same!
