I have a final interview with a Director of a division for a Sr. Consultant role at EY. I am understanding that this interview is to figure out which projects I can staffed to. How should I approach this? Note- I have done a similar final interview before at PwC. I approached it the same way as I did with the partners. But the Director was super rigorous and ended up rejecting me. This makes me nervous about my EY interview.

I would say that given the fact that they have restored operations and apart from operating 4-5 hours late, DL has shown remarkable resiliency. Power interuptions + Federal crew duty rest requirements + limited capacity + Union contracts + globally distributed operations = a shit show any time something goes wrong. Roll with the punches.
Lol
I'm not affected... yet. Kind of confused why they wouldn't have MULTIPLE power backup and alternate/disaster recovery site with systems and desks ready. I once did a DR / BCP for a client where the goal was to get them back to running at 80% in one hour and full 100% in 3. Just saying.
The issue tends to be re-synchronizing the systems for: • Reservations • Crew Managemrnt • Maintenance Control • Weight and Balance • Aircraft Routing • Cargo • Gate and Ramp Control As orchestrated as all of these systems are, every one of the flights we take are a delicate balance in which a myriad of working pieces have come together so that each flight is operated safely. Right crew, right equipment loaded properly with the correct performance management and the right bags and cargo at the right gate with an agent there to jetbridge up and jetbridge back Thousands of times a day. One blip and the balance falls.
