Yes. Lots of smoke.
Divide by 10, if you're lucky.
U work there?
Nope but I have friends who do.
15% is technically the highest bonus for an associate but no one gets that. You need the bonus pool fully funded and top rating. The highest I heard an associate getting was 12%
I have a friend in PwC Risk Assurance who got a massive bonus as a 2. I think that particular group had high profitability this year and didn't over hire like cyber consulting
I can confirm they will never get the 15%. Pwc had an amazing year, told everyone multiple times bonus pool was fully funded this year. I got a 1 rating and promoted. But I got 13%
Lol. No. The highest an associate can get is 10% I think and that's if you get a 1 and the bonus pool is funded 100%.
Have a friend that got promoted to SA, with a 1 rating and fully funded bonus pool. Bonus was 10%, 15% is only if there's a miracle
I can confirm a 15% bonus as a 1 rated associate who'd been underpaid by ~10k against the cohort model. So technically, yes, 15% (against a below cohort salary) is real
Can confirm 12%
Pwc5, for highest possible or average at that level?
Same. It was around 12.5% prob being the max of the range. I wonder what tier 2s got?
Focus on getting promoted earlier vs bonuses at low levels as a way to increase income. Bonuses are better at higher levels for high performers.
Pwc7, don't the two go hand in hand? Doing a good job + some brown nosing --> higher bonus and higher chance of getting promoted. This question was mainly to see if pwc hr was exaggerating
They are correlated, but you don't have to be the highest of the 5 rating levels to be promoted early, which can depress the bonus but get you higher base levels earlier.
