I am still in my contract period, but if I were to be given an opportunity to be a full-time employee after my contract, I was wondering what the salary range is for an Associate in IFS (Internal Firm Services)? I have 5 years of experience in Administration and 4 years in Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance functions. If you could please advise of the range so I have an idea for negotiations? Thanks!

I do sales for a major engineering firm. Focused on new business and exploring new markets. Last year I was in the top 50% for order intake, and first in number of projects won along with number of new customers. I think this is extraordinary given the effort it takes to win new business.

For next year my goal increased by 2.5X, and less of what I bring in counts towards that target. I really enjoy my job but I will essentially be getting a large pay cut. Lost in what to do besides quit??

My friend is looking to move to Bangalore but her salary is <50k pm(content writing). moving to another city is a new thing for her and I want her to try and experience this but I'm also concerned about the costs.

L1 expecting an L2 offer any day, next summer start. HCOL area and trying to figure out what is reasonable for income. Non-traditional student and new to public though I have work experience at the para and professional level. Previous salary before returning to school was 60k base overtime eligible as an internal accountant. My reviews are all exemplary and my prior experience has been directly noted as a benefit.
