Hello, I have an interview coming up with Facebook (Meta) and its a manager role leading a global process team with multiple people reporting to the role.I have been told by the recruiter that Meta is fairly flat and the title does not really describe its seniority. I wanted to calibrate my experience to the role, would anyone have advice regarding levels at Meta and any other advice for an interview with them? Thanks
Hi all,
Do firms match offers from other Big 4s for campus hires? I’ve received a campus offer from both KPMG and EY. I’m more interested in the EY offer, but they are paying 3k less than KPMG.
Would it be a bad move to let them know about the other offer and try negotiating? I feel it wont make a difference in the long run, but at the same time I don’t want to leave any money on the table if possible.
Thanks!

Recruiters always say something about promos, trust me it's not as easy as they say. You're not on some special list just because you're hired in as SA3. Youll need partners who are willing to back you
SC is one thing but pay raise seems very low. They’re low balling you.
Thanks guys 🙏🏻 .. yeah definitely they’re low balling.. I gave interviews with wipro and they offered 140k+5k joining+6k relocation for NC and a smaller consulting firm waiting @ 155k .. is it true that PwC has the coherent model and they cannot make exceptions in the pay offered to the level ?
Push it for M . You will get it
If it is not in writing you wouldn’t get anything
Don’t move for less than a 20% increase
Push for M. If they don’t give then wait at D for your promotion to M next year. Sometimes when you show you are not desperate then the recruiters might come back to you and give you what you want. As such the raise is not that great anyway. Play with the recruiter and see what happens. You mention that you are up for M next year anyways at D.
is up for Mgr contingent to performance and pay @ 119k base +20k joining bonus. I’m a 2 yr SC looking for M in the following YE ( presently at $113 base with a 2 rating this year in Deloitte ) it doesn’t sound good to make a move for me.. thoughts please? ( lateral to Deloitte with overall 10+ yrs exp)
Say no to SC. Just take it if you are accepted as a manager!
Can you refer me to that small firm please @ SC OP
Seems to me You are making a move for the wrong reason
Why do u want to leave Deloitte?
Yes, although they just increased the cohorts in TC
EY2 infinite resources
You tell them to give you rusty trombone
Well, don’t worry about title. Worry about your raise. Agreed with 10 to 15% raise. Talk to Deloitte. They can beat anyone if you are good performer
Contingency is risky, HR uses these terms just to bring you onboard, being in similar situation I suggest making a move with a contingency and no hike makes no sense. Push for M atleast.
