Question for my Advertising Moms!

I recently came back from maternity leave after my first child. My team and bosses are super supportive, but I wish there was more support within the agency. For example, a Moms group to lean on for advice and support.

Do any agencies have Moms groups? If so, how do they support Moms transitioning back to work?
For those that don’t, what would you want from a Moms group?

What is hierarchy level in PWC AC for manager . I heard within Manager grade there are 3 level ?? Which is highest level .

Do you all feel that the Health Insurance choice is actually all the same? The coverage is absolutely copy and paste for Bronze to Platinum and the deductible/copay is very similar.
I just don’t understand why we have the illusion of “choice” if the offer is the same and it is really bad (in our case).
Going from $61 per paycheck for 2.5k deductible 75% copay to $500+ per paycheck with 500 deductible 85% copay.

Thoughts on getting fed government jobs? I'm a first year associate in a specialized transaction group in DC and I fucking hate it. Big law literally saved my life. I was working for the government and being sued by creditors and in a deep, dark place. I wasn't even able to afford my Ube transfer application on my own.
