No because they’ll think you googled it. Just accept the mistake. They know technical stuff can be taught to you on the job

I agree. If you have another interview and there’s a chance to address it based on what they ask you, then maybe take advantage of that. I would not do it in the email or bring it up unless it is on topic somehow in a future conversation. Good luck!
It might feel tempting to, but it's ok if the interview wasn't completely perfect. An employer who would disqualify you based on blanking on one answer probably isn't an employer you'd want to work for anyway. Be gracious to yourself & maybe you'll get the opportunity in another interview to demonstrate that you knew the answer.
How significant is SQL/Database knowledge in your role? If not I wouldn’t worry about it, and as a manager you would have the power to get SMEs for this anyway
Now I feel dumb, I didn’t realize you did final round interview for some reason. I still think it is better to not address the answer in the email. I also agree with FD1 that one moment of blanking out on an answer should not disqualify you. Especially if you built good rapport or made a good impression in other ways
