What do you define as east Dallas? LDU is great and has recently expanded from the original fitzhugh spot

like

Jujus coffee probably my favorite coffee. Not much of a cafe. Window seat a close second.

White rock is solid and so is merits. Both of food options and more of a “stayand work” vibe

like

This is by FAR my favorite coffee spot as well. It has been one of my favorite since I moved here.

LDU Coffee To Go - Consistent coffee. Surprisingly good panini sandwiches. Baked goods from Leila Bakery.

Halcyon - Drip and pour-over options. Beautiful space. Lots of outlets for laptops.

Hi everyone,

I'm going for a role for Account Director and have gone through the interviews with the head of accounts, BD as well as the ECD's. I received the following email at the end of the day:

"You are one of two candidates in the final round.

One thing we haven’t spoken about are your salary expectations. Could you have a think and let me know early next week as well as your employment status (residency permit)."

What would be the best way to answer this response? Appreciate the help

I'll be moving to Dallas for work this summer. I've been looking into housing options within walking distance from my job in downtown (wanna minimize driving as much as possible). Most of the places I've seen within my budget seem to have really mixed reviews. I don't need anything big or fancy--just needs to be safe and clean. Any insight on these places (or any other recs) would be great:
