7.5% TC regardless of contribution. Vests immediately, % increases as you gain tenure but still subject to IRS limits
Loving the Deloitte bashing by....D folks! 🤣😂
Big 4 benefits packages including 401k are the worst!

Did you just agree with yourself, PWC5?
5%.
From the retirement standpoint, I miss my time as a fed--5% TSP match, an additional 5% 401k match at FDIC and some other regulatory agencies, plus a fairly generous straightforward pension.
Fed benefits can be pretty nice. Things you don't realize you need out of undergrad, but become very important later on.
SAIC - $1 match first 3%, $.50 next 3% for a total of 6%.

Classic Deloitte, am I right?
1+1=no raises (again)

In Canada, I put in 3% the firm adds 2% up to 7 years. 🤪
Slalom - 3% starts after a year of employment, half of that is paid at the end of the year.
Small correction: half is paid in March of the year following

Coinbase - 50% match up to 2% of contributions, immediately vested.
We also get equity and have an ESPP in addition to the 401k match.
Bakn: 4.5-7% depending on tenure with immediate vesting

Seems poor KPMG must have been the only firm that suffered during COVID :-)
Or perhaps greedy partners used COVID as an excuse.

We are a small consultancy with 3% employer contribution that vests immediately.
100% of 7%. ESPP at 15% discount, up to 15% of salary.

6%, immediate vesting
Lol yeah 6% would be nice! It’s definitely 3%.
ZS does 100% match up to 3% of base salary, with a 2 year cliff and 6 year vest 😬
Basically, after your 2nd year you get to keep 20% of ZS’s match contributions, this increases another 20% each year until, you’re 100% vested after 6 years
Yeah ours sucks
I think GT's is 25% up to 6% of base, with a 3 year vesting period.
Kearney - 25% up to 6%. Takes 5 years to vest :(
50% of the first 8% - vested immediately
Half of 6% after one year- Cognizant
5% of base, vests immediately
Capco .50 of first 6%
Vests 33% each year
Mck what are the percentage contribution increases as you gain tenure?
Rising Star
I don’t think the percentage increases, but since you make more, the absolute increases
There comes a point when you hit the maximum limit.
