Received an offer from EY as staff II. will promote me to Senior in Oct. How much % raise can i expect on my base salary?

Recently got a non-front office offer from Citi in NY. The base is decent but I was quite surprised by how low the variable comp is vs other banks. Almost no upside opportunity (stock options, warrants). Is this common for universal money center banks?

I just got an offer of Base - £85k Bonus - £20k (Y1), £15k (Y2) RSU - 20 TC - £107k YoE - 5 years I am personally happy with the offer and had my heart set on it for a while but keen not to leave any money on the table so want to make sure the offer is competitive. Our district is so lax on the students this year. With tech issues and distance learning days, we’ve gone from accommodating to enabling real quick. No penalties for late work, taking excuses for attendance, lower academic and behavioral standards... We were beginning to make so much progress on transforming our school culture, but this year is erasing that and then some. Is anyone else concerned about how to raise the expectations and students’ self-discipline back to pre-enabling levels?

Hi folks, I am currently working in a product based Tata organisation. However, I want to switch to service based work and have been selected at Tech Mahindra as a Business consultant at U4 level. They are giving me 35% hike on my current salary. Not sure if this would be the right deal! Can someone throw some light on the consultancy wing of TechM and the work culture in here?!

I am experienced in all aspects of HR. How are people with little to no experience coming right out of college obtaining higher level roles than I have currently? It makes my passion for the field just go away.
