Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

I got promoted to sr mgr and I feel the same. I liked being a mgr but PPMD said I can’t be at same level forever. Now PPMD is telling to me look into PPMD application. I am planning to leave in the fall. The work is too much and a lot of people left and I’m getting more work. It’s really effecting me with my time with my kids, wife and God. So it’s better for me to leave than to stay. Money isn’t everything. I wish you the best wherever you go. Remember Big4 could always take you back.
Agreed. Thanks! Wish you the best as well!!
I hear you, OP. I left a few months after making SM (don’t tell Fishbowl 😊), and had been praying about leaving for years. Any guilt/regret was in leaving my wonderful team, which was shrinking anyway. A director, a few years before I left, told me about the “golden handcuffs” that keep people at the firm. I didn’t want to be one of those that was staying because of the $$ and benes. In my LoS, you can’t necessarily make more outside the firm… I took a pay cut but received greater life balance and peace of mind in return.
