Girlfriend has very obvious high functioning anxiety and body image issues that she admits but thinks she doesn’t need therapy or medication and that reading self-help books will help her. I struggle with my mental health and my biggest weaknesses is not being attentive to details and having strong interpersonal skills. Those two factors are is the reason I feel I am failing at my job.
