Recently turned down an opportunity to interview at BCG as I’m happy with my work life balance and co-workers at Accenture. First time in my life I feel like I’m not chasing prestige.

Currrently holding an offer from Accenture of 22lpa but the designation they have offered me is of Level 9 TL. Will they revise my designation if I ask them?
My YOE : 9.11 I will completing 10 yrs next month.

Accounting advisory big4 or IA at F100. Both senior roles. Roughly same base pay.

Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.

F100 has 14% bonus, perm remote, and immediate vesting 401k over 7%.

What would you take?
