Rejected by Accenture before interview but got invites at 2/3 MBB for MBA, what gives?

Currently a Wealth Advisor for Citi but I honestly hate it here with a passion it’s the worst company I’ve ever worked for in my life and I’ve been in Wealth Management in the banking channel for over a decade. Series 7, Series 63, Life, CFP, ChFC, and soon to have my MBA with a focus in Mergers & Acquisitions. I’m look to enter another area of Finance at this point instead of starting over somewhere else from scratch, but not sure what direction to go. Interested in Investment Banking or M&A.

I have been looking at the curriculums for Harvard Business School's Master of Business Administration and Harvard Extension School's ALM in Management. They both have the same requirements (generally speaking) including a capstone course that serves as a field immersion course with the Master's in Management, which is fairly new. If I am not able to gain admission to Harvard Business School, but wanted a similar educational experience to become a consultant, should I attend Harvard Extension?

Does your district have a mechanism for certification of an administrator for CTE specifically? Some US states do, others don’t.

I would really appreciate some suggestions for roles that I should be applying for. I recently started my MBA though I'm still having trouble landing interviews and think I should be applying for different roles than I have been. My MBA concentration is global business, my BS was in management with a minor in professional writing. I think something is wrong with the way I wrote my resume. Get dinged without an interview for a few roles (S&O, biz ops, nothing crazy) but when I send my resume directly to hiring managers I now have two final rounds scheduled? HYP undergrad, H/S MBA, McK Sr EM, previous tech experience 😑

Current package: 5.03lpa( this will get hike letter)
How can I expect from Deloitte because even for freshers they are offering more, so for 5.6 yrs how much can I expect?
