Great for international flights. Very mediocre for domestic.

There will be a lounge available to you at most international airports, but it won’t be anything to write home about

like

Great way to save on your per diem

like

One of the better perks of CSR. What are you looking to understand more elaborately?

likefunny

Depending on airport it can be really hard to get into domestic lounges as they limit PP holders if they’re even close to capacity. IAD is great example of where your expectations should be low during peak travel times and around the summer.

Good international. Mediocre domestic

like

Pretty useless in the US with over crowded mediocre lounges

It’s not comparable to the AMEX access, but I’ve enjoyed it at a couple airports. Like people have said, quality of perk really varies and sorta depends on getting lucky more or less. Still huge fan of CSR all around though

like

Depends on the airport - a couple big ones who relatively nothing: ORD and CLT. If you go through somewhere like MIA or JFK weekly it can be of tremendous value since they have restaurants you can redeem them at.

Its effectively $150/year. The perks are great given that amount.

Even better if you signed up when the bonus was 100k chase pts.

I use it when i can. Some airports don’t have any bars/places that accept it. Some do but the only deals that come with it are like 15% off a minute spa in one terminal, and some give great deals in the form of ~$28 for you and a buddy in free drinks/food/whatever you want at that restaurant (minus tip). Definitely worth it imo. They’ll say that ~150 airports participate, but that number is inflated by the airports that “participate” in the form of shitty deals like the minute spa one. If you know which airports and specific terminals you’ll be flying into/out of consistently, you can use the priority pass app or website to search for any good deals that exist there and determine if the PP carries any real value for you. I think the CSR is great.

If you travel international it is awesome! I was just in Europe and Asia and both times at airports without a *A lounge but a PP lounge. Great perk for a somewhat ‘free’ charge

Use it 2 times a week domestically. But agree it depends on your route. I fly to and from 2 large international airports

How long is it taking after DCoS stage? I received a note from the team stating they will do another review. Not sure why is that. What does the visa timeline look like for non UK/EU joiners?

Dumb question, I want to send money to my brother and am thinking Zelle to his cell # is the best option as it seems to be free and easy for him to access (vs a visa gift card).

Any potential hangups? I'd rather not tip him off ahead of time if possible as he'd probably be embarrassed to accept it but also don't want it to get lost or for him to not be able to access it for any reason.

Paypal might be another option but I don't know for certain I have the correct email for his PayPal.

Both my grandparents died within the last few years (husband/wife) and now the siblings (including my dad) need to divide up the remaining estate. My dad is the oldest and has been the primary caretaker for both of his parents, who lived to their late 80’s/early 90’s and his disabled sister. He also manages an apartment building for the family.
