BDO gives 16 weeks, and I believe paternity leave was also recently changed to be the same. I can tell you that prior to July 2008 BDO had no maternity leave what so ever because I gave birth in April 2008 and all I got was short term disability, thank god I opted in for that!!!
Eek, that’s terrible.
16 weeks now is fully paid? If so, that’s generous!
Rising Star
St ey is 16 weeks for all
And fully paid? That’s awesome!
P sure for PwC its 8 weeks for both
8 weeks of fully paid?
Seems low as compared to other firms.
Pwc is 16 weeks plus you can take PTO or an additional maybe 2-4 weeks at a reduced salary.
Maternity is 12 weeks at KPMG. And something about STD for 4 weeks before delivery.
Paternity is 6 weeks. Non primary care is 2 weeks.
I took leave summer 2020 and it was 4 weeks prior to due date.
Salesforce is 26 weeks for primary caregiver and 12 for secondary
EY is actually 16 weeks + 3 weeks PTO + any State benefits (in CA that’s 8 weeks at 60% pay) = 27 weeks (19 full pay, 8 partial pay)
Can confirm this.
At Deloitte and I can confirm this policy, plus you can tack on PTO for up to 24 weeks off. I am a non-primary caregiver
Can confirm this. Am not the birthing parent and received 16 weeks. We also got embryo cryogenic storage as a wellness benefit.
Pro
KPMG is currently 2 weeks for non-primary caregiver
EY is 16 weeks paternity plus 3 weeks PTO = 19
GT is 12 for both
Fully paid? Wow, pretty decent!
I don’t think the KPMG column is correct. I think it’s closer to PwC. I work at K
Does this include only fully paid leave? If so, then it's correct. But I'm in CA and work at KPMG and a lot of people, including father's take unpaid leave as well and mix it with CA unemployment.
Accurate for Deloitte

Not still at GT so may be dated, but at least a couple years ago it was 12 weeks primary 2 weeks secondary
Fully paid 12 weeks? 👏🏻
Actually for Deloitte women get an extra 2 months (8 weeks) of disability (if giving birth and not adopting). So you get 24 weeks total.
Nope, 6 weeks vaginal birth, 8 weeks cesarean
At EY, you have to be at the firm for 1 year for the 16 weeks to kick in…
Anybody know how Accenture falls when it comes to this benefit?
It is 18 months mat leave here in Canada. How 6 weeks could possibly be enough for new moms?
Yes, this is subsidized by the government. 18 months paid up to a certain amount of your salary. KPMG tops up the difference for first 6 months I believe.
EY is 16 weeks for the non primary caregiver as well
Zero here. I went on secondment and was told my two years at the firm didn’t count. I wasn’t entitled to any leave.
