Applied for am American Express (Client Learning Manager) role on Friday and received email for 1st interview this week. Anyone has any infor on how long it tales or reviews? These jobs are taking months n months, what are recruiters doing?

Hello everyone. I am going into negotiations soon with an early level startup and wanted to hear inputs. I’d be working remotely and live in a MCOL city. I have 2 years of data analysis experience and 1 year of experience as a database developer. On top of that, I have an additional year and a half of experience in a role that is more applied rather than direct. I have an MS in DS as well. I’m being considered towards an Associate DS role. What should my base and bonus comp expectations be?

I am a part of wipro DOP (MDPS) as a senior associate since october 2020 and joined as a fresher back then. I am now being pushed to take up as a TL because of my performance and contribution to the project management. However i feel with just 2 years of experience if i take the position i might have to stay much longer in the company than i intend to as a minimum requirement for position of TL elsewhere is 4 years of experience as associate. Also what is the salary slab one should get as a TL?

According to your experience, what is the average salary for content positions in tech companies is Toronto or Canada in general? I've checked on Glassdoor, but the range seems to be weird. After listening news of EPAM, my respect for Indians MNCs ( So called WITCH) has increased, They might not give insane packages but give a sense of security for Indian employees. It's not like they don't do layoffs but it is an exception rather than a norm and a miniscule of total employee strength. EPAM literally offered unrealistic packages to attract talent and now laying off due to no projects.

I got two offers one is Citius Tech and another one is Tech Mahindra ( work will be Cilent location - standard Chartered Bank) . Packages will be almost same for both the Companies.
