Rude RRK interviewer. Offcam, told me not to ask any clarifications. Asked RRK questions and followups all at once each time. Left with 1 min to spare not asking if I have any questions.

Alvarez & Marsal I’ve completed all of my interviews with Alvarez & Marsal over a week ago. They informed me that the team debrief to make a decision was the day after my final interview. They’ve now reached out to schedule a 20 minute phone call with the Senior Director of Operations. Are they hoping to ask more interview questions or do they want to talk logistics before making an offer? Just curious what my chances are of getting an offer since I’m waiting to make a decision on other offers.

1. Get over the off-cam stuff. That's petty
2. As for no clarifications - did they tell you to make assumptions instead of asking for clarifications?
3. RRK and all follow up at once....weird...not super user friendly....but i'm not sure if that is enough for a re-do
4. 1 min to spare for questions....they should have extended and given you more time to ask questions
5. 1 follow up on the last 2 questions. So....your point?
The only thing that I think might be worth emailing your recruiter about is #2 and maybe #3.
The rest of the stuff...weird...but not worth a re-do.
Nope. Not harsh or direct at all. Appreciate your through input. Recruiter will gather all feedback and get back to me next week. She also mentioned, shes going to get me the redo if it looks like I could use a redo of that particular interview. I probably wont get that because case study was rough and i a had a regional head do the googleyness and leadership. it was the hardest of all..contrary to what ppl saying its the easiest and cant fail… i thought amazon was hard until i went through google loop. Creating star stories for LPs is cake next to this, i look back and wonder how the heck i failed amazon loop. Lol
Seems like a good indicator of a toxic culture 🚩
Recruiter has been amazing. I have no one to blame but myself if i dont make it. I am fully aware of what i lacked during interviews. But 3 out of 4 interviews felt like I was interviewing for amazon. I was expecting more personality and googleyness from the interviewers.
Surprised to hear about the negative experience. My experience interviewing with Google was absolutely top notch (although no offer 😞)
Not sure that they’d honor a re-do (I haven’t seen that happen before) but I suggest you give the feedback. Interviewers get training and know best practices so your experience is out of the ordinary. We’re trying to woo you during the process so having a positive experience is crucial. Sorry this happened!
They also send a candidate survey after the interviews to collect feedback.
What is a RRK interview, it sounds like a case? Is this for specific roles?

RRK is a technical interview for the skills directly related to the role you are applying for
