S1 FDD salary at DHG? (LCOL/MCOL - ATL/Charlotte/Dallas area

What should I say? I got an offer from one company for 18 LPA (fixed) + 2 LPA (variable). After one week, I got another offer for 21 LPA fixed from a small UK based company.

Now the first recruiter messaged me on whatsapp to ask if I got another offer. What should I say to her? I have just 20 days left in my notice period.

I want to join first company so should I share them the second offer when I have just 1 week left or now only?
