You need to talk? One day at a time my friend.
Thank you so much. I’m ok! It’s just ... overwhelming. Sunday night dread multiplied. ❤️
Sending you lots of love. It's very courageous of you to carry on with all that is at stake!
I’m sorry. The stress and grief make it hard to keep up with the “normal” things we still have. As the sole provider in my family, I can relate.

It’s tough. But you still have it better compared to everyone who got let go and have no income for the foreseeable future
Echo what PS1 said. What a callous response. This person is struggling with something and nobody could possibly know or understand whether she’s “got it better.” Someone who is fearing an impending lay-off is bound to feel all kinds of stress and pressure to keep pushing themselves and OP is obviously doing that now. You don’t know what kinds of other hardships OP is facing in addition to this situation. Individual struggles don’t fall on a linear easy-to-hard scale based on whether or not they’ve been let go at this point.
I can’t comprehend what kind of pressure you must be under. But this is temporary, even if it doesn’t seem like it now. You’re doing the best you can. Stay strong! We’re here to listen if you need it!
Hang in there - don’t let the blues play too loud. The storm will end !
I was let go last week and really want to tally the job cuts from one holding company to the next. At the end of this I would hope it could inform a choice of where you might want to work. A company that put people first or the bottom line.
