Lets see if I can roughly recreate:
Year 1-2: $49-50k Denver (Assoc PA)
Year 3-4: $55-60k Denver (Sr Assoc PA)
Year 5: $66k Denver (Mgr Industry)
Year 6: $76k Denver (Mgr Industry)
Year 7: $86k Denver (Mgr Industry, $30k bonus by now also)
Year 8: $150k SF (Mgr/Snr Mgr PA, $25k bonus ish)
Year 9: $165k SF (Mgr/Snr Mgr PA, $28k bonus ish)
Year 10: $89k Euro Office (Snr Mgr PA, $15-20k bonus)
Year 11: $113k Diff Euro Office (Snr Mgr PA, unclear bonus so far)
(Europe pays less but hey I won’t go bankrupt from health care and I have 32 vacation days on top of tons of holidays)

EY 1 no I’m in tax. Though the OP is audit themselves I didn’t see the post restricted to audit (though I can now see if that is what they were after...). I was an experienced hire in SF as Manager. I put Mgr/Snr Mgr because back then they didn’t do SM in tax (they’ve reinstated it now). I was about to be promoted to Director when I left so I was effectively like an SM.

To update including bonuses:

1: 57k + $500 bonus lol
2: 63k / 80k + $1k bonus
3: 90k + 10.5k bonus + equity
4: 102k + 10.5k expected + equity refresh expected

Very motivating to hear from others. Gotta just stick with stuff and see it through. Dream isn’t to be an accountant etc but 20 years of mildly enjoying what I do doesn’t seem so bad anymore lol. Kinda hated my decision for this career a year and half into audit

like

Hating your chouce is me every tax busy season and most pay days

Year 1: $56k ( Boston assoc PA) +$1500
Year 2: 59k (Boston assoc PA) left before bonus
Year 3: 75k (Philly acc advisory S1) +5k sign on +2.5k
Year 4: 84k (Charlotte acc adv S2) left before bonus
Year 5: 95k (Charlotte Mgmt Cons) + 12kish

Bay Area Sf (I’ll include bonuses cuz I think it’s relevant- also, same firm throughout).

Year 2: $60
Year 3 -senior: 82+5
Year 4: 90+5
Year 5: 102+6
Year 6- manager: 126+14

That’s awesome. Thanks for sharing

You got over 35% from associate to senior?

If you’re responding to my comment, yeah I did. Bay Area demand is pretty wild.

Including bonuses (DC area Audit LOS):

0: $60k + $3k bonus
1: $64.5k + $4k bonus
2: $76k + $6.5k bonus
3: $81k + $8k bonus
4: $91k + $9k bonus expected and Manager promo

SF (base + bonus)

1. A1 - $57k
2. A2 - $62k
3. A3 - $74k
4. Industry - $110k
5. Industry - $120k

Yr 1: small firm in low cost area 41k +4.5 k bonus

Hi everyone ,this is a broad career related question:

I am currently working as solution advisor in advisory at Deloitte(recently joined).

I have 2.7years of experience and have a CTC of 10.5 L currently.

It's a widely known that product based companies (like MAANG pays handsomely), for software engineer roles and that is what a lot of CS grads strive for ,this is true for MAANG and also a lot of startups, unicorns and other tech companies.

Hey Guys, Currently I am having 16.12 lac pa in current organization and 5% Bonus So total comes around 16.93lac pa. Nagarro is asking me to rejoin at 20 lac pa (5% Project bonus included).
When I left Nagarro around 2 years back my fixed there was 11.50. Shall I consider this offer of Nagarro. Reason I want to change the job is because I don't have code based automation in my current organization and I have been an SDET in my whole experience.

Hi all! I currently work remotely for an agency based in St Louis. I’ve enjoyed working with their clients, specifically their tourism and other smaller, in-state clients. However, they limit me on the amount of work I am given with these clients since I do not live in that area/state. Does anyone know if there are agencies in Houston that focus on Houston/Texas tourism and/or other smaller clients? Not really searching for a job yet. More so causally browsing at options in TX that interest me.

Comforting others:

Because I can’t guarantee that and I really don’t know if everything is going to be ok. I was taken aback recently when a friend told me I am calloused and cold-hearted for not being able to say those words. Is she right? Should I start saying this for the purposes of providing comfort only??
