Hi fishes! Nagarro declined the counter offer letter ₹33,00,000 + shares worth 4.5LPA
I've 6+ yrs experience (mobile dev.)
Nagarro offered 18LPA. Initially I told HR for 22 but he mentioned 18 into their internal portal to their senior so after clearing all interview rounds I got 18.
When I asked the HR, he told me to accept it for now and bring the counter offer letter so they can revise offer letter.
But now they declined. Weird.
What’s the salary of ITRA manager at EY in NYC?

Some ppl posted some stuff here a little while back:

Lets see if I can roughly recreate:
Year 1-2: $49-50k Denver (Assoc PA)
Year 3-4: $55-60k Denver (Sr Assoc PA)
Year 5: $66k Denver (Mgr Industry)
Year 6: $76k Denver (Mgr Industry)
Year 7: $86k Denver (Mgr Industry, $30k bonus by now also)
Year 8: $150k SF (Mgr/Snr Mgr PA, $25k bonus ish)
Year 9: $165k SF (Mgr/Snr Mgr PA, $28k bonus ish)
Year 10: $89k Euro Office (Snr Mgr PA, $15-20k bonus)
Year 11: $113k Diff Euro Office (Snr Mgr PA, unclear bonus so far)
(Europe pays less but hey I won’t go bankrupt from health care and I have 32 vacation days on top of tons of holidays)
EY 1 no I’m in tax. Though the OP is audit themselves I didn’t see the post restricted to audit (though I can now see if that is what they were after...). I was an experienced hire in SF as Manager. I put Mgr/Snr Mgr because back then they didn’t do SM in tax (they’ve reinstated it now). I was about to be promoted to Director when I left so I was effectively like an SM.
To update including bonuses:
1: 57k + $500 bonus lol
2: 63k / 80k + $1k bonus
3: 90k + 10.5k bonus + equity
4: 102k + 10.5k expected + equity refresh expected
Very motivating to hear from others. Gotta just stick with stuff and see it through. Dream isn’t to be an accountant etc but 20 years of mildly enjoying what I do doesn’t seem so bad anymore lol. Kinda hated my decision for this career a year and half into audit
Hating your chouce is me every tax busy season and most pay days
