I'm an SVP/strategist with 25 yrs exp., but only 3 years in healthcare. I'm being recruited for a GSVP "account leadership" role (i.e., not on the strategy team) for two big unbranded campaigns. It sounds great, they know my med/reg comms exp. is very light, and I think I can do the job, but: Is there a real future for me on the account side if, at GSVP level, I still haven't done much meg/reg? Would this be the end of the line for me, with limited mobility because my expertise is too narrow?

This is true for new to role or for someone limited experience. If you have been in roll for a while or award-winning you can go up to 190 or so
Nooooo don’t do FCB. Worst agency I ever worked for, granted, on consumer.
No relation to FCB health
No.
Wow, sounds like it’s horrible. I used to hear good things up until a couple of yrs ago. Things must’ve really gone downhill quite fast.
It’s a big dumpy machine
How’s the culture like?
