Seems like a lot of questions on partner comp and net worth. Here is the rule of thumb:
1) Big 4 partners make $600K to $1.5m based on seniority and practice.
2) MBB partners make $1m -3m based on seniority

Typically your expenses are between $100-300k. Add Taxes to it, that’s the amount you add every year.

About 6-10% return yearly on the savings.

So net worth of partners are probably between $3m to $20m depending on which company and seniority, investment profile, etc.

For doing all this they have not even clearly offered me a promotion, raise or a change in position. What should I do?

Hello all. My company just went through an acquisition and the company did some restructuring of job titles. When they did this we were all advised the company would be making sure our jobs pay aligned with the national average.
My issue with this is my job title went from a Technical Support Supervisor to a Customer Success Team Lead. I have voiced my concerns with management but have been advised job titles are semantics. In my eyes this is a demotion, and will affect how much my job is worth.
