Anyone here working as a Business Analyst / Product Owner in an H1B visa? What is the package are you at currently?

Has anyone got their green card in the last year? How long did the process took?

Does anyone know how to obtain a “police check”/ certificate of clearance for immigration purposes from out of America? I used to live in NY and need to get it now but have no idea how from out of US.

I got offer of 148+ ,10k bonus from deloitte on sc role.I am currently on h1b.. currently on 102k and there will be increase in salary for us this year and some bonus.. I was not actively looking but now confused should I join.. looking work culture etc. Need suggestions.. thanks

Aside from short term emergency declarations where visas are handed out, has anyone found any countries that provide a visa due to a skill shortage, or carriers that offer sponsorship for senior insurance professionals? Curious mostly about Europe and Oceania.

Does it matter if I don’t meet the specific job requirements when transferring H1B? The job posted requires CPA license but I haven’t got it. The employer is still willing to hire me. I know for PERM process, meeting minimum requirements is important but not sure if H1B have such requirement. I heard that for H1B as long as it’s a position requiring bachelors degree and specifically occupation that should be fine. But kinda worried about this.

Deloitte H1B transfer has been approved as per USCIS website.
1. Will the approval notice be sent to my address or attorney office?
2. Do I need to wait for approval notice physical copy to be received or can I put my 2 week notice?

The immigration firm(for the new company I’ve accepted offer from) reached out with a link to put in my details for H1 transfer. They specifically mentioned that they won’t support dependent immigration.
My wife is on H4, how do I go about her immigration requirements? Does she need a transfer or amendment on current visa once I get my visa transferred?

Hi all, my H1B got approved today and I am waiting on the actual physical notice. In parallel I have a L2 EAD extension request in process. My H1B is valid from oct 1 only. Can I withdraw my L2 tomorrow? Is it okie if I am out of status for nine days? I am worried that the L2 will get approved. If it does get approved, what do I do?

Visa friends! Had an interview in London, got the verbal, and am doing the visa dance. Started the process 2 weeks ago with HR and now they've ghosted me since then, though they said I have stuff to fill out ASAP. Normal? And am I too American pushy if I reach out to the hiring manager (and my future team) for an update instead?

Does anyone have advice/ leads on what companies sponsor H1B? I just graduated with my MS in Data Science, have 3 years of UX/ PM experience, a BFA in Product Development, and a BA in Journalism. I have been looking since August and so far no offers/ companies ending the interview once they find out I need sponsorship down the line. I am wondering what I am doing wrong.
