Tata Consultancy Infosys Cognizant Wipro I have completed all the technical and HR rounds and salary discussion, documents submission also done. But all of sudden got mail from hr saying that my profile is kept on hold. Any possibility that I will receive offer letter or it will be in hold forever? Meantime can I attend interview for other positions in hcl?
Hello all, I have an offer from Quantiphi and another famous travel company which is building a technical arm for themselves. Both the companies are offering same compensation. HRs are calling for offer acceptance. I am leaning towards Quantiphi as the culture is well known to me.
But I have to decide soon. Should I accept both the offers and then decline one at the time of joining. I am new to this and find this a little unethical. Can someone help?

It's a good offer, but IA can have limited advancement opportunities. Worth checking LinkedIn to see where people in this job previously ended up

@pwc2 I'm an audit senior in NYC and it's better than many of the jobs I get pitched. What do you consider a good offer?
It looks good. Job market is not great so you should celebrate. Congrats!
Sign me up. What PA gives 65k in restricted stock? None. That’s awesome! Congrats OP
Personally I would hate to do IA at all, much less for 4 years. It's incredibly boring with no exit ops. But I think the offer itself is solid. I left for a senior FP&A role for around 100k in MCOL so the difference with you is a ton of RSUs (and of course you're in HCOL). If you like IA I would take it. Seems like a good offer in the monetary sense.
Hey nothing wrong with that. I respect it. If you're sure that it offers WLB then go for it. I've seen clients where IA is chill af like they barely work 40 hours and ones where they work a lot. But I'm sure you've done your research. Sounds like the right place for you based on what you've said.
