Will CSPO help in Product Manager role?
I’ve worked at AT&T as a sales consultant for 6 years and 8 months where we prospect, uncover, and close on leads. I’ve used Salesforce for the past 4 years during my tenure. I’ve done B2B sales where I’ve received awards for it for 2 years consecutively. Loads of troubleshooting, uncovering needs through consultative styled selling, and tech app subscriptions.
I was wondering if I have the necessary skills to transition into a tech sales role. If so, what would be the best role/fit for me?Amazon Salesforce Google @
Hi all, any CDD openings with your firm?
I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Hey, I have 4 YOE and currently a manager at PwC and have been managing teams for a little over a year now. My role mainly consists of leading teams of engineers deliver MVPs to our clients.
If I wanted to exit to Google or Facebook (Meta) what role would align for me? I was looking at engineering manager roles but unsure if that’s too senior for me.

Received an offer as Engagement Director from Salesforce (CSG, pre sales, L9). Great benefits package, 40% increase in total comp and better WLB.
I do love the people in my practice and current client, but career trajectory has stalled after taking parental leave earlier this year and (yet another) change in leadership.
Realistically, making to Director is 2-3 years away and will require sacrificing time with my family that I am not prepared to give up.

Higher first of living in SF and I'm not sure that Uber would be my choice exit as the company seems toxic. All in all I'd stay.
If you’re hesitant about leaving maybe you could just negotiate the Uber offer really hard (tell them you are not really looking to move but would go for a great offer). Get to a point where it would be stupid not to take the offer. Idk in general my thought is change and new experience is usually good but if you love everything about your job right now and have good growth opportunities then don’t go
Tough choice I think. Good luck!
Uber, unless you feel there is still more to gain from consulting
Don't forget about the much higher cost of living in San Francisco vs. Tampa.
I always take the "6 month fast track" as a bad cultural sign. Once you start you've lost your leverage for demanding the heavier title. If it's only 6 months, why not bring you in at that level?
Trying to make the best long term career decision. Not sure about the value of mgr experience vs. big name industry experience.
Thanks man appreciate the insight.
Can you share the expected base salary for your role? I’m in the interview process now and the salary is ridiculously low.
