Any tips on how to improve lining thickness? My RE had me on Estrace for a week before starting Prometrium (vaginally) a few days ago, but my lining is only a little above 5mm. Mattress suggestions please! We are side sleepers and prefer firm mattresses in general. Most mattresses seem to offer 100+ days trial, but how has the return process been?
