Should I leave Fortune 500 for big4 experience? Out of college, I got a nice industry for IT audit with a nice pay, it’s been 3 years and I’m struggling to find new opportunities for career growth. I’ve applied to hundreds of jobs and no luck. Would it be smart to work at Big4 for a while in hopes of finding a better industry job?

What are the requirements to promote from analyst to senior analyst? I’ve been with Deloitte for two years now and am wondering how I go about making myself promotable. I don’t have a CPA, CFE, etc. Is one of those required?

Has anyone received equity as contingency comp? I have a potential client with a founders dispute. He doesn’t have cash, and the other founder ripped him off and is now running the company. He wants to sue for equity and wants to pay me with whatever equity he wins. I’ve never done a deal like that. Is that even enforceable? CA law. The startup is actually quite promising.
