Should I leave Walmart?

Currently I'm a SE 3 with the latest CTC of 26.3 LPA with only 19.5LPA Fixed.

New offer, Tech Lead in Australia small size company. It will be a Remote job and Offered compensation is 33.5 LPA Fixed and overall CTC is 35 LPA.

I'm planning to leave Walmart and go back home to UP and work remotely where the base is tremendously increased. Hence thinking about accepting the offer.

What you all suggest and think about this ?

Why do leaders keep comparing how “good”the new staff/seniors have it because they make more money starting out then they did and working 55 hours is better than the 70-80 hours they used to work? Instead they should compare what options they have available to them and what their goals are.

What kind of comp can you expect exiting into an corporate Strategy and Ops role after 3 years post-undergrad at a top tier consulting firm? I know it’ll vary across geography and company size, but it seems like around $180-200k for all-in comp (base/bonus/equity) is reasonable for a mid-size private company in CA. Or am I off my rocker?
