What is salary range of lead associate in EYGds?
Hi all,
I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.
(I hardly see any job openings these days)
(sap domain)
How's the resource management here?
(do they lagOff?)
Any inputs will be helpful.
Thanks!

Why would they tell her that in the first place?
My thoughts are all things equal EY and KPMG pay less than D and Pdubs. All depends on supply and demand for specific skills.
A couple years ago EY was hiring PwC FS seniors as managers. I saw many folks that got passed up for promotion or in some cases nowhere near promotion go to EY a level up.
150k - Senior 🙃
Pwc pays the least. And they require you to stay an associate for 3 years.
Yes it's true. I got offers from D, EY, &a ACN and the EY was the lowest. There was no negotiation on the pay. My ACN recruiter even told me EY was the lowest.
I came from Accenture and they gave me a hell of a raise. Accenture gave me an out of cycle raise and they even beat that once I told them what my new salary was. That was a few years ago though so perhaps times are changing.
@ey4 so why didn't you stay at ACN then?
@KPMG2 - Sorry that was a confusing description I gave. ACN gave me an out of turn raise and then EY (when they called me back for the formal offer) came over the top of ACN's raise when I told them I got an increase since we last spoke. Also work life balance at ACN was awful so I was walking no matter what.
@KPMG2 I didn't have to show an offer. It took a few months for them to call me back b/w the verbal offer and the final offer and during that time I received the raise at ACN. After that I told EY my new salary. I'm a SM and my base is 194k
Probably...
S1, pwc did the exact same thing a few years ago. Hired a bunch of ey people a level up and they all shit the bed
Yes. They do
Shit the bed meaning?
This is true and in experience if you get an offer thats at competitive market rate and they match, they act like they moved mountains to do you a favor.
Pretty sure it's pwc that pays the least
But I hear the culture is pretty ok if that makes it any better.
@Principal 1 - are you EY? Any recommendations on how to navigate that process?
@ey4 did you have to show your offer?
@ey4 what level are you and how much is the base at EY?
EY1 - if you want to renegotiate at EY you need an alternative offer and must be ready to walk away. Otherwise they act like it is a gargantuan task and stall.
