So a recruiter gave me a weird/low-key verbal offer 3 weeks ago. A week ago I reached out & they said the team wrapped up interviews & they "should be making a decision before the holidays."

Well it's Christmas Eve now & yesterday on LinkedIn I saw them being thanked in a post about someone accepting an offer at an agency under the company I interviewed with. So she's giving offers out..

Should I reach out now, wait until Monday the 28th, or let them reach out to me? Should I assume it's a no?

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I’d basically be laterally for my current salary just to bill 400 more hours. I also wasn’t aware that the local office was strictly ID. Firm website advertises lots of practice areas. Any advice? I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive.
