Salesforce was near the top of my list of prospective companies. Curious if anyone has experience working there and would recommend it over HubSpot?

How do you handle remote teams being in different time zones? Is there an online marketplace for SquareSpace portfolio templates, i.e., a place where you can buy a template, download it, then build it yourself? Alternatively, is there a place where I can hire someone to recommend a SquareSpace template, gussy up said template with type and/or color tweaks to make it less template-y (no functionality changes needed), and then design a simple logo?
