So by the end of March, we're being moved into a new space with cubicles, and losing our individual offices. I spend over half my day on the phone with my office door closed because it's too loud if I don't. If you could go back and start over would you still choose this path? Or would you choose a different career and/or a different time to have children? I accidentally became a working parent in law so while I love my job and my children I don't think I would have planned it quite like this.

My marriage is struggling and we have to pack up the kids and fake it till we make it with my in laws for most of their Christmas break. How do you deal with parental guilt when you have to miss things? When my child was a baby it wasn't as big of a deal as long as I was around for the big stuff and was pulling my weight parent wise. Now that they're 4+ everything is big stuff, and every time I can't be there it really affects them. I know being successful in my career will set them up for the future, but it feels like I'm letting them down right now.

Going back to work next month. Have a full time nanny but feel like even that isnt enough. I work all sorts of timezones. Europe has my morning, Asia has my evening. Nanny 9-5? 7-3? 10-6? No clue what will work best and don’t want to be inconsistent with her. Any advice on the return?
