I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

I have recently joined EY SaT group as senior consultant recently in Netherlands. I’m tripple masters in MS economics, MBA and MS business analytics. Have 4 YOE in different industries but no M&A experience specifically. Any ideas what company should be offering me? I’ll be working as expert on commercial due diligence, FDD and valuation teams and doing automation alongside. is it wise to demand higher salary or promotion soon after I have proven that I can work and do it better than most?EY

That definitely sounds like it's just a way to stall you. I'd suggest that a practical way out is to pin them down and, in writing, ask for 3–5 concrete behaviors tied to a promotion (for example: mentoring a new hire, leading a small project, improving a process, running a training), then deliver on those while also quietly exploring external roles so your growth isn’t entirely in their hands.
It's possible they're just using that as an excuse. However, it would still be smart to keep your eyes open for an opportunity to step up and demonstrate that you have leadership potential. Volunteer to lead a project, or do something useful that goes above and beyond. It could be that they're trying to encourage you to show some initiative.
They're just leading you on until they can find a reason to fire you. Just apply everywhere you can and find a new job.
