So, I got rejected by a company I really wanted to work for. Interesting thing is that I actually passed the hiring assessment from which I understand not everyone passes. I found out they were not moving forward with my application by going into the company careers portal and viewing that they would not be moving forward and this was an update from 2 days ago. I have not recieved an email eliminating me from the interview process nor did I get a call or email from the recruiter. Any thoughts?

When you recruiters say at the end of a 15 min call.
“I will get back to you by the end of this week” does that really mean “your not right for this position”? Because this whole thing is a waste of time. I’ve did these calls with 3 recruiters and is yet to hear back from someone. Today would be the 4th recruiter that I’ve spoken to. Does this practice annoy you guys just as much as it does us? My dream career is to be a technical recruiter but this whole thing is discouraging.
