Any ladies want to chat with a 30/f?
I went through many rounds of interviews at Accenture and then received an offer which I accepted. After I received notice that my background check had cleared I contacted the recruiter to ask when I would receive my start date and they came back with a request that I meet with someone else. Is this normal?

Just go for it. If you're qualified you stand a good chance of getting an interview. When it comes time to talk about salary get them to state a number and negotiate from there. Be aware that sometimes salaries in job postings are exaggerated. Still, if the number is higher than what you're used to, just learn to accept that. It's possible you're being underpaid currently.

I’ve felt that way too in the past, but if you check every box on the description, you’re not “unworthy”, you’re exactly what they’re looking for. Sometimes the confidence comes after you hit submit, not before!

Good luck!!!
