So I have seen a job ad where the salary is way above what I’m currently on. After having looked at the job description I have 5+ years experience in every single part of what they are asking for.
I just feel like I’m not worthy of that salary?! How do I get out of this mindset and just apply for the job / be confident about it??

Recruiter for big tech company reached out on LinkedIn about a role. I asked about ballpark compensation numbers and they said they’re only comfortable sharing on a live call. Replied that I often receive LinkedIn offers for roles of paycuts around 30-50% so I want to make sure we’re in the same rough range. Recruiter again said she would only share via live call. Is this a red flag?
