So I recently accepted a conditional offer for my current client. The comp is about equal to what I’m making now at D as a M. I feel like the WLB will be better but also feel like I’m simply trading one type of badge for another. I feel like my mobility at D is limited at this point and the move will open some better doors going fed. Is the risk of less comp increases worth the WLB being better and more job opportunities? Just looking for thoughts!

hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this?
